Hi, I'm Vosi.

I always hate writing these pages because they somehow end up sounding way more serious than real life.

I'm 29 and currently working as a software engineer at NVIDIA. Most days are some combination of writing code, breaking it, fixing it, and then wondering what would happen if I changed something that was already working perfectly fine.

Pretty much exactly what I wanted to be doing as a kid.

Before that, I studied Computer Science at Cornell. Weirdly, I remember the stuff around school more than the actual classes — debugging something at 2am, getting food way too late, arguing with someone about an idea neither of us fully understood, opening a laptop for “20 minutes” and realizing it's suddenly morning.

I also start way more things than I finish.

My GitHub is basically an archaeological site at this point. There are abandoned repos, folders called things like final-final-v2, half-built tools, and ideas I apparently thought were life-changing at 1:30 in the morning. Every once in a while, though, one survives long enough to become something real.

Most of what I like building is pretty simple. Tools that get out of your way. Interfaces that don't need instructions. Weird little experiments that start with “wait, could you actually do this?”

Outside of work I'm usually reading a paper I understand maybe 60% of, messing with some side project, redesigning a website that absolutely did not need to be redesigned, or rewriting 400 lines of code to avoid fixing a 4-line bug.

This site is mostly somewhere to put everything.

Notes, experiments, unfinished thoughts, things I'm building, things I stopped building, and occasionally something useful I learned after spending an embarrassing amount of time figuring it out.

No grand mission statement here. No five-year plan either.

Some are useful. Some are weird. A few even work.
